Arctic Slope work accident under investigation

ANCHORAGE – An accident that injured an Arctic Slope Regional Corp. worker is under investigation by the Alaska Department of Labor.
Officials say John Fay suffered a crushed chest when he was pinned between a tractor truck and a semi-trailer last week.
Investigators say they are trying to determine whether an Alaska West Express Inc. truck driver backed into Fay or ran over him.
Fay was in critical care at Providence Alaska Medical Center on Monday.
